CC&Rs - Rules and Guidelines
The goal of the CC&Rs is to protect, preserve, and enhance property values in the community. Most particularly, it is intended by these restrictions to protect the owners of Lots against such improper use of surrounding Lots as will depreciate the value of their property and to preserve the natural beauty of all properties.
