Wisteria Pool is closed
At the September 14, 2022 Board Meeting, Members expressed their desire to keep the Lodge pool open longer. The Board voted to keep the Lodge pool open until September 25th, weather permitting. Lodge Pool Hours:
9:00 am – 11:00 am Adult Swim.
11:00 am – 7:00 pm Open Swim.
*Please note that the Lodge pool will be closed on Tuesday, September 20th for a scheduled power outage.
FREE CHIPPING PROGRAM IS BACK!
The El Dorado County Fire Safe Council Chipping Program is now funded and ready for our Sierra Springs residents to participate in.
Why not take advantage of the current good weather to get your yard cleanup started early?
But, if you're not ready before winter, its all good - the program will be available throughout 2022!

Defensible Space Self Evaluations
This is an El Dorado County requirement and applies to all Sierra Springs property owners. The evaluation is due by June 1, 2022.

TREE ROUNDS AVAILABLE
All SSOA Owners/Residents - We recently had several trees cut down around the Lodge - so we have an abundance of tree rounds available FREE - first come, first serve - limit 1 cord per family. You MUST first turn in signed:

Please be safe loading up - no splitting or chainsaws on SSOA property - please take it home!

Road Maintenance:Tree trimming and weed removal is provided along Association maintained roads throughout the year. During the winter months the immediate removal of snow is performed, as is the sanding of roads to prevent skidding during icy periods.
PG&E TreesIf you have had dead trees cut down by PG&E because of possible danger to power lines but are still waiting for them to be removed, please contact PG&E at 1-800-743-5000 OR you can submit your request for removal on their website. here’s the link to their website
