Sierra Springs is recognized as a “FireWise” Community.

We take Fire Safety very seriously in our Community because of the high risk associated with living ‘in a forest’. Our Fire Safety team volunteers have worked diligently to earn this ‘Fire-Wise‘ Certification. Everyone living here must also do their part to maintain their own properties to keep us all Fire Safe! Like Smokey says,"only YOU can prevent forest fires!"

Sierra Springs Owners Association - is a small privately owned community that was established in 1969.
Nestled within the Sierra Nevada foothills of California in the town of Pollock Pines, Sierra Springs offers year-round living alongside the many varieties of local wildlife that abound in the area. Property elevations span between 2500 to 3500 feet.
There is always something to do given the many outdoor activites nearby. Sierra Springs Owners Association is close to lakes, skiing, and hiking; just 45 minutes from Lake Tahoe and about 50 minutes from Sacramento.

Recreation Areas:

Included in the Association are several beautiful acres suitable for hiking and outdoor activities. There are two swimming pools, each with restrooms and showers, located adjacent to the Lodge and on Wisteria Drive. Pool monitors are assigned during summer months, but lifeguard services are not provided. Barbeque and picnic tables are available. Free use of phones for emergency calls. There are also children's play structures available at both locations.
