NOTICE!
THE TENNIS, BASKETBALL, AND PICKLEBALL COURTS ARE CLOSED
Effective immediately, the courts are closed until necessary repairs have been completed. For the safety of all members and guests, please DO NOT enter or use the courts during this closure. More information regarding the closure will be provided when available.

Swimming Pools UPDATE
The SSOA swimming pools are closed for the season! They are scheduled to reopen on Memorial Day (May) of 2027 unless otherwise noted.
The Lodge's opening and closing hours return to the regular hours of 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

CA Fair Plan Discounts
The CA Fair Plan began offering discounts the end of 2025 for homes meeting specific defensible space and home hardening requirements. More information about the discounts is available here.

TREE ROUNDS AVAILABLE
All SSOA Owners/Residents -
We recently had several trees cut down around the Lodge - so we have an abundance of tree rounds available FREE - first come, first serve - limit 1 cord per family. You MUST first turn in signed:
Firewood Collection Permit AND Liability Release Form
Both sections of the form must be completed and approved prior to any wood removal!Please fill out the forms and send to the office (email is best: info@sierraspringsowners.org)
Please be safe loading up - no splitting or chainsaws on SSOA property - please take it home!
Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
NOTE: Any persons removing wood without prior approval will be subject to penalties.

Road Maintenance:
Tree trimming and weed removal is provided along Association maintained roads throughout the year. During the winter months the immediate removal of snow is performed, as is the sanding of roads to prevent skidding during icy periods.PG&E Trees
If you have had dead trees cut down by PG&E because of possible danger to power lines but are still waiting for them to be removed, please contact PG&E at 1-800-743-5000 OR you can submit your request for removal on their website. here’s the link to their websiteMore Information
